Terms of Service

Effective: June 10, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, software, or any services provided by Sasquatch Labs, Inc. ("Sasquatch," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. Where you and Sasquatch have signed a separate written agreement, that agreement governs to the extent it conflicts with these terms.

Description of Service

Sasquatch provides a platform for optimizing, retaining, and analyzing operational and security data. This includes lossless optimization of observability data such as logs, traces, and metrics, security monitoring and analytics, and assisted analysis and investigation features, including natural-language and voice interaction. The platform is delivered through components that may include software you deploy within your own cloud or infrastructure, a managed option operated on your behalf, command-line tools, a management dashboard, supporting integrations, and a limited hosted service for account management, identity, and licensing. We also provide this website and related documentation. Specific features depend on your plan and configuration, and we may add, change, or discontinue features over time.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and access keys
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Where you deploy our software in your own environment, the configuration, access controls, and security of that environment and the data you process within it
  • Ensuring your use of the services complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

Your Data and Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data at all times. Where you deploy our software within your own cloud or infrastructure, your data is processed within your environment and delivered to the destinations you designate, and we do not access, sell, or retain that content. Where you use a managed option that we operate on your behalf, we process your data solely to provide the services, on your instructions and consistent with our Privacy Policy and your agreement. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated purposes.

Assisted Analysis and Automated Features

The services include assisted analysis, detection, and investigation features, some of which use automated and AI techniques. These features are provided to support your work and are for informational purposes only. Their output, including detections, summaries, and recommendations, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and the features do not detect every issue or threat. You remain responsible for your own security, operational, and compliance decisions and should not rely solely on automated output for critical actions.

Intellectual Property

The Sasquatch platform, including its optimization, detection, and analysis technology, software, and documentation, is protected by patent-pending claims, copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services during your subscription or evaluation term. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying methods of any Sasquatch software, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the services without written permission
  • Process data you do not have the right to process
  • Use any automated feature in a manner that violates law or the rights of others

Third-Party Integrations

The services can connect to third-party tools and destinations that you choose to configure. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to connect and exchange data with any third-party service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the services we host. Those services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will communicate scheduled maintenance in advance where possible. Specific availability commitments, if any, are defined in your enterprise agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement, the services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will meet your requirements, that results or detections will be accurate or complete, or that the services will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sasquatch Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have paid nothing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sasquatch Labs, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the services, your data, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the hosted services will be revoked, and you are responsible for removing any Sasquatch software from your environment. We will delete your account data within a reasonable period after termination, except where retention is required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and revise the effective date, and we will provide additional notice for material changes where required. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
